Shipping Policy

We can only guarantee same-day shipping if your order is placed before 2pm. Otherwise, we'll ship it as soon as possible the following business morning.

Since our candles ship with matches and we can't ship them by air, we are unable to offer overnight shipping.

We will be glad to offer tailored quotes for shipping to overseas addresses; if your shipping address is anywhere outside the US please send us an email with your intended destination and we'll let you know how much the shipping will be.

Return Policy

If you're unhappy with your Kobo candle for any reason, just send it back to us and we'll replace the item. It's that simple.

Please note that all returns must include the original receipt, and must be shipped to us within 2 days of delivery. Please also let us know the reason for the return... was your order damaged in shipping? Is it somehow faulty? Did we send you the wrong candle? Or do you simply not like it?

If your order arrived damaged or we have made a shipping error, we will gladly refund your return shipping costs and replace your order free of charge. If you are returning your candle for any other reason, please ensure that the candle is returned to us in resalable condition and everything that was in the box remains in the box.
